Ashley Biggs
Owner/Partner
Ashley has been immersed in the roofing industry since the age of 15, growing up in a family-owned roofing company. As the owner of multiple successful businesses, she brings a strong background in accounting and a keen eye for detail to her leadership roles. Ashley is known for her commitment to excellence, consistently delivering high-quality work with precision and care. Her responsible nature and client-focused approach make her an invaluable leader. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her beloved rescue pit bull, Agnes.
Bob
Owner/Partner
With over 40 years of experience in the roofing and building supply industry, Bob brings extensive product knowledge, strong sales expertise, and a focus on building lasting supplier and client relationships. As owner, he leads with integrity and a hands-on approach, ensuring every project meets the company’s high standards. A proud father of four and grandfather to two, Bob values family just as much as he values quality, service, and the people behind the work.
Marge
Office Sales Manager
With over 50 years of hands-on experience in the roofing industry, Marge brings extensive expertise, deep industry knowledge, and proven leadership to every project. She oversees crew scheduling, material orders, and sales operations, ensuring each job is completed with precision and care. Marge works closely with property management companies to provide reliable, high-quality service tailored to their needs. Her additional 7 years in real estate further strengthen her understanding of property value and structure, making her a trusted resource for quality-driven results.
Jeff Stalka
Sales/Estimator
Jeff has had experience as a laborer, inside roofing sales, outside roofing sales to management. His experience gives him a keen eye for detail and passion for helping homeowners with what matters most. Whether it is a minor repair or a complete roof replacement, Jeff is committed to delivering a tailored solution and exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Jeff loves sports and spending time outdoors. Living in Chicagoland, the Bears are one of his favorite teams!
Bryan Ziegler
Sales/Estimator
Bryan has been in the service and hospitality industries for the bulk of his working life. He transitioned into the roofing industry six years ago, beginning in sheet metal fabrication. With two years of hands-on experience in residential roofing sales, Bryan combines in-depth product knowledge with a customer-first approach to help homeowners protect and enhance their most important investment. He was in a rock band for 12 years and is always on the hunt for the next show coming to town.
Elizabeth Vazquez
Office Manager/Administrative Support
Elizabeth brings a strong background in office management and administrative support, with a focus on creating organized, efficient, and welcoming work environments. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, she plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, and paddle boarding.
